Conservation laws
What is a "law" of nature? "Conserved" quantities are symmetries of
coordinate transformations, e.g.:

| Energy | time translation |
| Momentum | space translation |
| Angular momentum | rotation in space... |
| etc. | etc. |
...though they are are no less the flesh and bones of our world.
